How are your prints made?+
Our prints are made to order on premium 310gsm semi-gloss paper. Available sizes and prices are shown on each product page.
Do prints come framed?+
All prints are supplied unframed. Frames and room settings shown in the product images are illustrative only. Available sizes are A4, A3, 8x10, 4x6, 10x12 and 7x5 inches; artwork is adapted to the selected size.
How should I care for my print?+
Hang out of direct sunlight to keep colours vibrant. Wipe the frame glass with a soft dry cloth — never spray cleaner directly. Treat unframed prints by their edges to keep the surface pristine.
Can I commission a custom print?+

When will my order ship?+
Prints are dispatched within 1–2 business days. UK delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, or 4–7 business days overall. See our Shipping page for details.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?+
Contact support@nedandco.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not subject to a 48-hour reporting cutoff. See our Returns page for details.
